Dirt Angels

In Saarbrücken there is a campaign to motivate people to keep the city and the environment clean. They call everyone who keeps the streets clean a "dirt angel". At some places you can find such postes which remind you that dumping of waste there is illegal and they tell you how you can keep the city clean and where you can dump your waste legally.
